Frequently Asked Questions

Does your company do moving cleans? In or out?

Yes, we do both! We have a moving clean package that is separate to our recurring packages. Feel free to contact us about our moving or open house cleaning packages!

 

Does your company offer a guarantee on the cleaning job?

Yes! We offer our Royal Done Right Promise. If for any reason, at any time you are not 100% completely satisfied, please call us immediately at 228-xxx-xxxx and we will do everything in our power to resolve your concerns.

 

Do you do random cleanings or do you have only weekly or biweekly clients?

Each client is welcome to schedule daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings. And then if it is just to schedule a one-time clean then we have some questions about whether this is a party clean, a moving clean, or a random clean since we have the ability to do all three options.

Will the company still come clean if the regular cleaning falls on a holiday?

In the event that your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, then we can either reschedule this appointment for the day before or the day after regular cleaning time. If it happens, and we have available booking time then we are happy to work on holidays at an additional charge.

 

Do you charge more to work on holidays?

We do provide holiday cleaning services at an additional charge of XX%

 

Is your company licensed to clean houses?

Yes, licensed and insured to clean houses.

 

Does the client need to be home when the company comes to clean or can the client be at work?

Clients are allowed to be in the house while the company is cleaning, but we do ask that client remain in a separate area or room of the house during service time.

 

Does your company clean out the hot tub?

If it is already empty we will clean and sanitize your hot tub.

 

Do you defrost freezers or clean out the fridge?

Yes, we clean out both! These are a part of our Appliance Add-on. Let us know if you need to make an appointment to add this additional job task to your regular cleaning.

 

Are clients supposed to tip for our services?

Our company works in teams, and any tips that are given for our services will be split accordingly between the team that worked on your house.

 

Do you do laundry or wash the dishes?

Yes, for our AirBnb/VRBO clients, we offer this service as part of our cleaning packages. 

 

Does your company charge a rescheduling fee if something were to come up and have to cancel?

With 24 hour notice there will be no $50 cancellation charge.

 

Are clients required to give the company a key so that they can get in the house or does the company need an alarm code? Or both?

It is not necessary to be at home while we are there cleaning. If you have an alarm, make sure we have the key code so we can disarm the alarm when we arrive, and set it again when we leave. We'll also need a house key if needed to access the job.

 

Is it okay for the client's pets be in the same room that is being cleaned?

No, pets must be either crated, or put outside. They must be out of the way to ensure the best cleaning procedures and for safety reasons. 

 

Is it okay for the client's children to be in the same room that is being cleaned?

We ask that children stay in a separate room to the one that is in the process of being cleaned to ensure the best cleaning procedures and for safety reasons.
